Receive, return and complaint of an order
After receiving an order, the customer must check the goods at the function and correctness. If a product is defective or incorrect, the customer is obliged, to immediately notify Bruins Holding b.v., however, the latest within 14 days. Such notification must be in writing (letter or e-mail).
The customer has the right, to send back a received order to Bruins Holding b.v., Tooropstraat 23, 6901 DE Zevenaar, The Netherlands, within 14 days and without giving any reason. (Validity is date of postmark). In this case shipping costs must be paid by customer.
In this period of 14 days, customer can send back unused goods, that means, not worn, washed or used goods, thus undamaged and in original packaging. After elapse of the survey period of 14 days, the purchase will be irrevocably.
Is an order sent back, within 14 days, the purchase price will be wired back onto the customers account, after the receiving of the returning goods.
Bruins Holding b.v. is not liable for the wrong or improper use of the ordered products. The customer is oblige to read the instructions, before the use of a product. In case that a description or instruction is unclear, the customer can contact Bruins Holding b.v. for help.
In the case of liability by Bruins Holding b.v., is the maximum amount of liability, the purchase amount of the relevant product.
