The Trendy Rubber Bands are without seam and therefore extremely durable.
They allowing a versatile training of individual muscle groups.
These rubber bands find their use in muscle building for rehabilitation and therapy, as well as in all fitness areas.

The Trendy Rubber Bands are offered in 6 different pulling strengths:
Trendy Rubber Band Orange: x-light with a pull between 7-15 kg for rehab
Trendy Rubber Band Yellow: light with a pull between 14-27 kg for rehab
Trendy Rubber Band Green: medium with a pull between 11-29 kg for rehab and aerobics
Trendy Rubber Band Red: heavy with a pull between 18-32 kg for aerobics and advanced
Trendy Rubber Band Blue: x-heavy with a pull between 15-38 kg for a musculature already trained
Trendy Rubber Band Gray: xx-heavy with a pull between 22-56 kg for a musculature already trained
